https://store.dominos.cards/52051We’re adding an extra fun incentive for our students who are selling fundraising cards!
The top-selling kindergarten boy and girl, top kindergarten classroom, top-selling preschool boy and girl, and top preschool classroom will earn the ultimate reward—the chance to pie Mr. Pyles in the face!
For the winning classrooms, the teachers will represent their class and do the pie-ing on behalf of their students.
Our fundraiser runs through next Friday, so there’s still time to sell, sell, sell! Let’s see who earns the chance to smash a pie in Mr. Pyles’ face!

Good afternoon FES Families! We've gotten off to a great school year and that's thanks to you! The kids are learning our school wide procedures and classroom expectations very well. I'm very proud of their progress!
I wanted to take a few moments to send out a couple of documents for you to have and review. The first is our Student Handbook. Please save and keep this on hand as it explains all of FES expectations and procedures. The handbook explains our attendance policy as well as an overview of our behavior matrix. Please review the behavior matrix with your students! One thing in particular to point out is the rule around threats of any type towards an individual. If your child makes a threat towards another individual, there will be stiff consequences. Please talk to your child about this as well as talking about guns and how we don't play with guns or act like we are shooting guns while at school. This is a big NO NO!

I am also sending a letter that is in reference to new legislation that passed which is Senate Bill 19. This bill references how each day, schools should have a one to two minute moment of silence. We will observe this time during our morning pledge time each day. Please read the letter to gain more clarity on this legislation and how FES will implement it.

Lastly, the sickness bug has already hit FES. I am attaching an infographic you can refer to which will help you know when to send your child to school or when to keep them at home. We do want kids to come to school, but please know that when you send them to school sick, it's only a matter of time before the germs spread throughout the entire classroom. Please pay attention to your child's symptoms and if you have questions, you can always call the school to discuss with Nurse Kristen. She is a great resource!
Again, we are so happy to have your family be a part of the FES family. We take immense pride in being our students first introduction to school and to being a WILDCAT. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at the school. Let's have a great rest of the week! ~Mrs. Anderson

As with all good things, we must wait just a moment longer! Parents/Guardians you will not be getting a text or able to login to Rooms just yet this morning, would you believe there are over 8,000 guardians!? Makes for a big sync! Students of Simpson County Schools will be able to login via Google in either the FS Schools app or by visiting rooms.thrillshare.com Not all students will have published Rooms available to them just yet but some will!
